Credit top-ups

What are top-ups?

Top-ups are one-time credit purchases that stack on top of your plan's monthly allocation. They're useful when you've used your monthly credits before the reset date.

Buying top-up credits

1.Go to Billing → Buy Credits

2.Select a bundle:

- 500 credits — $5

- 1,500 credits — $12

- 5,000 credits — $35

3.Complete purchase via Stripe

Credits are added to your balance instantly.

Do top-up credits expire?

No. Credits purchased as top-ups never expire — they persist until used, even across plan changes.

Monthly credits vs top-up credits

Monthly plan credits reset on the 1st of each month. Top-up credits are separate and persist indefinitely. Both pools are combined into your displayed balance.

Example: You're on the Core plan (2,500 credits/month) and buy 500 top-up credits. Your balance shows 3,000 credits. On the 1st, the Core plan resets your balance to 2,500 + the remaining top-up credits.

Refunds

Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. If you have concerns about a charge, contact support@spinini.com.
