By accessing or using OurGame1st ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
OurGame1st provides a browser-based integrated development environment with AI-assisted coding features, cloud execution environments, and application hosting. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) mine cryptocurrency, (b) conduct denial-of-service attacks, (c) distribute malware or malicious code, (d) violate any applicable laws, (e) infringe intellectual property rights, or (f) harass or harm others. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of code and content you create using the Service. OurGame1st retains all rights to its platform, trademarks, and technology.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Credits purchased are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
OurGame1st shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
