We use your data to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process payments, send service communications, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Your Code and Projects
Your code and project files belong to you. We access them only to provide the Service (running your code, AI features you invoke). We do not train AI models on your private code without your explicit consent.
4. AI Features
When you use AI chat or the AI Agent, your messages and code context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed by their API.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with: payment processors (Stripe) for billing, infrastructure providers for hosting, and analytics services. We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Deleted projects are removed within 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
8. Your Rights
